Kye is a composer, orchestrator and sound designer who plays piano, guitar, bass drums alongside synth and drum programming. They studied composition at the Reid School of Music and at HKU in Utrecht and have developed their a style with a heavy emphasis on dense harmony and playing with the listeners perception of temporal dimensions. Combining electronic and acoustic elements alongside field recordings and audio processing their work explores a vast range of textures that lie within an ever expanding musical solar system.
